Saturday 12 October 2019 the second appointment with the educational paths for children and adults will take place by BarchettaBlu.
A joint path for adults and children: while adults discover the exhibition through an active path, children can learn and play together, participating in a dedicated workshop.
16.00 "Filo e Ombra. Portraits in shape!", workshop for children from 6 to 10 years old, with Sabina Italiano.
A tale of lights, harmonies, contrasts and shapes to discover Ferdinando Scianna's black and white photographs and the imaginary threads that bind them. During the active path, enriched also by readings aloud, the children in front of the images will be stimulated to tell each other through actions, symbols and objects. At the end of the visit, the atelier in the classroom will lead them to create sculptures-portraits to animate with the play of shadows.
4.15 pm "Dream or am I awake? Sleep to dream", course for adults with Silvia Pichi.
Figures wrapped in sleep, looks elsewhere and souls in the mirror in Ferdinando Scianna's photography. An active path to experience shooting as identity and memory, even in front of a mirror. Place as mirror of the world or world as mirror of the photographer? We discover it together in the rooms of the Casa dei Tre Oci.
Through the rooms of the Casa dei Tre Oci both the largest and the youngest will be able to learn about Ferdinando Scianna's long artistic journey, which winds through various themes, all linked by a single common thread: the constant search for a shape in the chaos of the life.
Both routes will end at 5.30pm.
The activity for children is free and includes entrance to the exhibition.
The activity for adults has a cost of 9 euros including entrance to the exhibition.
OPEN DAY TEACHERS: all teachers are invited to participate in the meetings for free, by reservation.
Reservations required subject to availability of seats (max 20 participants).
